My Campus recruitment drive

Nirvana – The man who sold the world.., last Sunday this song was grooving in my head and it’s been long time I didn’t listen to this song. I logged in my PC and googling all the drives. Suddenly I happen to find this song somewhere in the old folder.  It named track-04, when I played …
kuchh is tarah teri palkein meri palkon se mila de
aansu tere saare meri palakon pe saja de
Out of the blue some pictures started to come in front of my eyes. It was three years back, when I was fallen into..... I use to listen to this song a lot and in loop … Amazing song with the texture of intense meaning. The place, time, face and incidents everything came up.  Coffee @ 2AM, phone calls, SMS’s … Even today I don’t recall for what reason things didn’t work out.
I shouldn’t be talking on this, I resolute long time. Zippppppppppppppp

***
Of late, I had been to Campus recruitment drive from my company.  It was a fabulous experience, understanding the view of students and their groundwork to take up job. I didn’t happen to prepare for the interviewer role, as I have not completed 4 yrs of my career exp.
During the process, one guy came up and introduced him as blah blah and we started with the classic question “tell us about you”.  I am …. can do multiple tasks and ‘m unique from others.  I stopped him and asked how you are unique than others. He replied “I look into the things different from others; I always solve the things different from others who follow traditional steps”. Good, give me some example. He said “I can swap btw two fields without using third variable”. “See blah blah, this everyone can do what special in you” I replied.  I can do it in two different ways. Okay fine show me, I reciprocate sharply to him. He took some 5mins and completed. Looking into the sol’n I said “See, these two ways is no different and everyone can do, it’s no spl technique you used.  He provided me an excuse; I’m tensed, so I couldn’t do it swiftly.  Agreeable . . . .
Fine, do 45*45? He did normal way by multiplying 5 with 45 and 4 with 45. It’s the usual method everyone follows, here again he failed to show his uniqueness.  As a matter of fact, only 2% people in the world can do multiple tasks at a time.
Students we interact lacked general knowledge, awareness… No one answered the simple question like who is the President of India.

God bless India.

Bits and Bytes - 2 ( On your face )

The recent happening news is showing bad image on India globally. UPA govt definitely will not agree for Lok Panel bill which frame PM, MPs and other Judiciary member. There are two civil group fighting on two different things - get all the black money placed outside the nation, one. Second, pass the bill which will scrutinize all the public servant under anti-graft. Its known truth that many MPs, civil service in India are corrupt and they say Italian lady had made many investments outside nation. Do they call this Italian Job??? :-)

I support Anna... and 'm against corruption..

India lack good leaders, to hold up that we have PM like Mr. Man. I pray to god please give him all the strength to take decision on his own. I believe he doesn't ask Sonia every time when he needs to pee.

Is India making news globally? Anything related to Science, Research, Medicine, Art, Literature, Space.. huh.. ‘Did you just
say in your dreams’ I expected that… I don’t remember the day when I read the news headline saying major accomplishment done
by India. All these days its making headline is related corruption, scam, scandal, attack, inflation, terrorist.

Rahul Gandhi said “We have stopped terrorism 99%”. Bull shit….. Did recent Mumbai blast made any serious impact on you, made to think about tomorrow...? To be frank it meant just a casual news for me. We didn’t run like a headless chicken.., not I’m telling that we dealt this situation very sensibly. It’s like a daily weather report or like Monday morning news.

Snap shot of the face of India:
"India is better than Pakistan where blasts take place every day, every week.” - Digvijay Singh

After 9/11 terrorist attack, US never saw another such attack on them. There we can say, Yes they are doing something to protect their citizens and fighting terrorism. In another instance, Mr. Chid said “Killing Osama in Pakistan is a proof for Pakistan involvement in 26/11 attack”. Seriously, what is he trying to say? Hey, you don’t have the nerve to hang the person you have captured in the counter attack even after more than a year and you are making such lame statement.
***
In my prior post I talk about how much I hate to pay tax.., a part of our legally and hard earned money will be handed over
to Govt for the welfare of society.., which we all know that never happens.
In US, if you are a salaried person and you don’t have dependency, your tax charge will be higher. If my parents are depended on my salary, then I will have less deduction in my salary. More the depended lesser the tax deduction, doesn’t it make more sense? Wow, Great.. Hope this process get employ in our system.
***
Coming to work… Whenever we friends casually meet, we talk about usually on making trips, next party, work and finally on work. Make fun of our managers, outcry for no appreciation, and talk about our project escalation. Word ESCalation is very catchy and raises all our eyebrows. Here is my POV on this –
Escalation is not for us, it’s for Managers, first. Second, it should be part of project. Escalations are salt and pepper of a project without that it won't interesting to work. Here we see an example – Before escalation client won’t even know who you are? Are you working in his/her portfolio, nothing… Soon after an escalation, everyone will ask you, and speedily you will become a known figure. Escalation brings out recognition for you in project and outside and few appreciation mails at last.
***
Not to end my post, without mentioning about spectrum raja, kani and God. Rewind your memory for couple of year back; we were listening to the news of YSR allocating lands to built church in Tirupati hill. If that’s the word, then no wonder on his fate to end his life like that. Similarly, Mr. Black glass and wheelchair old man said there is no evidence for the existance of Rama and Ramayana didn’t happen at all. This whole thing he said to destroy the corals formed in the sea btw the Chennai and Lanka. Heavy ships will come to Chennai ports making one full round across Sri Lanka. Now, we see what happening to him - Raja went to jail, followed by his dear loving daughter Kani and now Maran lost his cabinet.
Who said, we have heaven and hell afterlife. It’s all here and it’s all in the game.

PS: "Terrorists had the advantage of surprise" - Manmohan Singh. You said it man.., can’t believe someone leading our nation could say something like this. Enjoy…

Bits and Bytes

Welcoming the year 2011, Its bizarre that I'm welcoming the year 2011 in the month March. If you just look back the year 2010, it was filled with lots off controversy. Adarsh scam, N deal, CWG scam, 2G scam and local land scam... Looking at this, at some level i feel like we shouldn't pay tax, there is no development happening to the nation with the tax amount we pay, rather its politicians wealth that is thieving. TAX paying is bad.
Our PM Singh says "nanaavanala nanaavanala" means It wasn't me, It wasn't me. We need to
learn self defence from this guy..,

2. In US, interest rate for any loan taken depends on the history of us, the same for getting credit card also. It has lots off conditioning and check happens before they give loan/credit card. Unless in India you see they are selling these in road side ha ha ha :) okay. if we had paid the dues in time, not violated any traffic rules and others, it will put our name in Good standing list. When you are taking loan, if your account is in Good standing list, you will be benefited by lower interest rate and vise a verse.
Rather in India, we see flat interest rate for all the people regardless of their due maintenance. Recently we switched to set up box and the installer was asking about our check no. If we had maintained well with no check bounce or late pay. Our check no will have number like 10, 35 and etc.., i can't recall all the good numbers. Needless to say, we were benefited by some discount.

3. Couple of days back, i made two trips a) Kumara Parvatha b) Masinagudi. It was a great experience and joyful. This time Swamy accompanied us for both the trip. Elephant joke was hilarious, its indeed fun when you are with friends.
Let me share this elephant incident with you guys, It happened on the way from Bandipur forest - Swamy was sitting next me in pillion seat and he always use to missout the animals pass on by our car. We were all teasing him sayng, you came from US and couldn't see any., this was making him really uncomfartable and we could see the same in his face. When we came to Mysore Swamy saw three life size elephant balloon (very realistic), this time swamy wanted make it first, and told every1 see three elephants standing over there., in that by that time we all got a chance to make out that it is not real, and we all in laugh riot again :) :D
Swamy, you make us feel proud and we wish you were here all the time.

When did I fell in love with you. . . .

We have been together for long
but I never felt this way before

Every time you smile at me
my hearts skips its breathing
whenever you wink at me
I felt a dart in my heart
girl, what magic have you done to me.

You drugged me and took me to your world
please take me out of here
trying to find a way to your heart
but, 'm lost in your eyes
girl, I was not like this before

I don't have the strength to live far from you. . .

I trembled every time when i heard your name
I fell flat on the ground when you pout at me
need your hand to stand in front of the world
girl, can you be next to me for life

'M lost in the thought girl, tell me
When did I fell in love with you.???

Dream

This topic was in my queue from quite a long time, and recent dream invoke me to pen on the same.

I don't know how many people had this kind of dream. Few days back i had a dream in my dream... Sounds strange rite, See in dream i dream that i will get killed at the end of the day. And i woke up (this is also in my dream. Sort off sixth sense) exactly same thing happened and when i was about to get killed, i woke up to the real life.

I felt really strange, and i asked few friends did they had anytime b4. Few said howz it possible?, and few yeah once i had.....

One thing i like in dream is, whatever happens to you, u can feel it, happy, angry, sad, anxiety, tension, most of it all....

You might have observed sometime in your dream, when you have nightmare and you woke up suddenly from sleep and realize that its just dream, watch out at the same time your heart will be pumping the blood more than the usual. That’s how we internally acting in the dream without our conscious.

When we are dreaming part of our brains will be involved in the dream and that’s how it makes us to feel.

Few facts which i found interesting when goggled:

1. People don't only dream in black and white, as was once believed.

2. Even though they may not remember them, everyone dreams several times a night. In fact, during a typical lifetime, we spend about six years dreaming.

3. People who have been blind from birth have dreams that are formed from their other senses (e.g., touch, smell, sound).

4. When people are snoring, they're not dreaming.

5. Elephants (and some other animals) sleep standing up during non-REM sleep, but lie down for REM sleep.

Don’t listen to Raghu Dixit’s song

Yes, you read it right. Don’t listen to his music, if you did next to my word you will have to listen all his songs in loop through out the day. That’s the kind of harmony Raghu Dixit gives out.

Raghu Dixit doesn’t need any foreword, we all know him as a “Desi Rocker”. This is my second post on RD.

Raghu Dixit blends his music with cocaine and let it out to cruise in the airway. I bet, you will addict to his music and ask for more.

His latest endeavor is Just math mathalli, music is simply superb. I don’t need to point out each and every song name to illustrate his skill. That is completely not required to Raghu Dixit.

All songs have come out brilliantly.

Good Luck Raghu. Waiting for you 2nd album.

Five point something

There is a loads of not to-do things in this world, but here it goes hand picked to-do things from the not to-do list.

You have to experience everything in life.

Here it goes -

1. Suck the butt - I know what u r thinking, it is cig what I’m talking about, it’s bad for health. Trying it once is fine. U won't die for sure. Other way round you can try Hukka.

2. Sip the beer - No comment on this, a must try to feel the bliss in earth.

3. Try dope - Though illegal, (it’s not hard-hitting to get it) have to try once in a life. Oh oh hold on, I’ve not tried this.

4. Do Adventure – Some thrilling adventure will do. You have to experience the edge of death, and then you can say conceitedly that you re-born yourself.

5. Love some1 b4 marriage - At least one love. In India there is no law that says you have to marry the same girl whom you love, so it is unlimited entertaining and fun.

You can spurt few more to the list if any mischievous idea running in your mind now!!

You have one life as human, if you do believe in another life; are you sure you subsist again as a human??

Enjoy everything, don't hedge your excitement. See the world it is really colorful, if you see the way I see.

And don’t forget to share your idea to enjoy life with me.

No Please......

You are sitting next to me
With an eternity smile on your face
Your long hair snubbing my face
My world goes silent when you are with me

Girl, you are my destiny
I only wanted three words from you
I can always feel butterfly in my stomach
When you are around me...,

You said that three words
Which I was waiting for my life
Like a baby waits for her mother hug
You said No Please "UR my friend".

My knees go weak
My world goes upside down
You pushed me from the mountain
I'm going to the black hole where I can't come back.

Two States.

It is the Chethan Bhaghat’s latest book, and as it says it is a fairy-tale between a Punjabi and Tamilian.
Two states is an ok-ok type book, usual Chethan Bhaghat’s chic book, a good time pass guaranteed. I remember reading in some newspaper that it is related to his marriage. I’m not sure how much is related.
We expect some twist and turns as in 5 point someone, but here he has taken it smooth and safely.
He has tried to connect this novel with his first one 5 point someone; you can take it as a sequel of later, though officially not told. I like the girl’s disposition in both the novel’s (5 point… and 2 states). Neha the girl name in 5 point..., I virtually fell I love with her.

I’ve had an experience concerning this, which I’ll share it later in this blog.
Till then Happy reading. . . . . . .

Dance of Death

Accident is not new to me, I myself met up with an accident twice. But this one is unusual.

Today 30th Nov 09, early morning @04.50 AM, god has written the fate something else. I get into the Ernakulum Iravatha bus at 22.30PM, which is deferred by one hour.

I was feeling very uncomfortable as I got very last seat in the bus and no full push back also. I was envy of the front seated people.

Nobody had the idea as death has already stepped into our bus.

Soon I fell asleep, around 04.47AM; I heard a big sound, when I opened my eyes I was on the floor.

I can hear women’s screaming in different language, and a baby crying. AC was off, No light few people are trying to open emergency exit, but futile.

I went near the window, to know who has (or have we) hit our bus, its petrol tanker. Tanker driver has hit the front window and sleeping in btw, trying hard to breathe as his body is moving up and down. After that I suddenly started smelling petrol. This is where I lost my heart beat, what if tanker explodes and our bus catches fire, how shall I break out from here?

Thank to god, nothing happened like that, somehow we managed to open the main door. And the state when I came near front end of the bus is most awful.

When I came out of the bus I heard one ambulance person speaking in phone rend alu out, means two drivers’ are out. And with little minor injury to 4-5 people our nightmare is over.

With NO injury or wound on me, I was out of the calamity.

Most Embarrassing Moment in human life

There was a World wide survey of "Most Embarrassing Moment in human life"

the finale had the following three incidents....

Third Place

"It was the day before my eighteenth birthday. I was living at home, but my parents had gone out for the evening, so I invited my girlfriend over for a romantic night alone. As we lay in bed after making love, we heard the telephone ringing downstairs. I suggested to my girlfriend that I give her a piggy-back ride to the phone. Since we didn't want to miss the call, we didn't have time to get dressed. When we got to the bottom of the stairs, the lights suddenly came on and a whole crowd of people yelled "SURPRISE!".
My entire family, aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins and all of my friends were standing there ! My girlfriend and I were frozen to the spot in a state of shock and embarrassment for what seemed like an eternity.

Since then, no-one in my family has planned a surprise party again

Second Place

"While in line at the bank one afternoon, my kid decided to release some pent-up energy and started to run amuck. I was finally able to grab hold of her after receiving looks of disgust and annoyance from other patrons. I told her that if she didn't start behaving herself right now, she would be punished. To my horror, she looked me in the eye and said in a voice just as threatening, "If you don't let me go right now, I will tell Grandma that I saw you kissing Daddy's pee-pee(dick) last night!".

The silence was deafening after this enlightening exchange. Even the tellers stopped what they were doing! I mustered the last of my dignity and walked out of the bank with my daughter in tow. The last thing that I heard as the door closed behind me were the screams of laughter.

And the Winner is...

This one actually happened at Harvard University in October last year.

In a biology class, the professor was discussing the high glucose levels found in semen. A young female (freshman), raised her hand and asked, "If I understand what you are saying, there is a lot of glucose in male semen, as in sugar?" "That's correct." responded the professor, going on to add much statistical data. Raising her hand again, the sweet young thing asked, "Then why doesn't it taste sweet?".

After a stunned silence, the whole class burst out laughing, the poor girl turned bright red and as she realized exactly what she had inadvertently said(or rather implied), she picked up her books without a word and walked out of the class, and never returned.

However , as she was going out of the door, the professor's reply was a classic. Totally straight- faced, he answered her question, "It doesn't taste sweet because the taste-buds for sweetness are on the tip of your tongue and not in the back of your throat!

I really wanna wanna

- Vinay Vasudeva

It is a bright sunny morning

we're walking along the road

I really wanna wanna hold your hand
Girl, why didn't you say............ Yes.

I really wanna wanna ...
baby, why didn't you say..... yes.

It is very windy day
your hair is covering your face
I tucked your hair behind an ear
And I really wanna wanna kiss your cheeks.
baby, why didn't you say..... yes.

I really wanna wanna ...
Girl, why didn't you say..... yes.

It is very chilling outside
you are the magic of moment of my life
I always made you to feel beautiful
It's the time i really felt i wanna wanna hug you dear..
Girl, why didn't you say yes......

I really wanna wanna ...
Girl, why didn't you say..... yes.

But it's the time to face my fate
you can't be mine for life....

ILP Training

I'm back with a new post, sorry for not keeping it updated for past three months. Though there
are few followers of my blog, I’d apologize to all.

For two months I was in Trivandrum for my TCS ilp training. Training was really fun and a bit of hectic schedule. I got to meet lots of ppl with different sense of mind. I got a chance to
celebrate my birthday with my new best friends. I would like to remember the time i spent along with my best and close friend shashank, though we had very little time, it was most memorable one in my life.

We got less chance to go out and visit near by places, even in that we tried to cover near by
beaches we went to kanyakumari to witness sunrise but unfortunatly that day was cloudy and hence sun raised from the middle and before that there was a golden lining in the sky. It was an eye catching and spectacular scene.

Finally, I like to conclude by saying I miss everything I did in those two months of my ILP
training.

Raghu Dixit

You must have known this great person, I really mean when I say "great". I have become a great fan of Raghu Dixit, even since I started listening to his musical debut film psycho and later his album.

Last night (16th Nov) I had been to Garuda mall in Jayanagar. Landmark had organized a Raghu Dixit show. It was a wonderful experience, I will never forget in my life. He is friendly and has a good sense of humor. He made us to groove in his music for two hours. Crowd was superb, and for “ninna poojege bande” song whole crowd sang with him.

.

Basically Raghu Dixit is a university topper and gold medalist in master's in microbiology and an expert Indian classical dancer i.e., bharathnatyam. He learnt the guitar in 30 days in a challenge with his friend. Hats off to Raghu Dixit a singer-composer-guitarist- lyricist.

I feel like Raghu Dixit has got a real manly voice. There is something mesmerism, striking, outstanding, dazzling in his voice ....,

More info about Raghu Dixit do visit- www.raghudixit.com

You will come across his blog, achievements, and more.....

Jog – An indeed heaven

This is my second post in this blog. I love to trek; however, till now I’ve done a few that I wanted to share it here. First I’ll tell bout my unforgettable trip to shimoga that place is simply awesome.

I’m writing this blog after more than a year of my travel to jog, which is near shimoga. Its around 9.30 r 10.00 PM we left our house. We were totally five guys (prithvi, phani, manju, sunil, and me). We had our shimoga train at around 11. Early in the morning we were at the shimoga, we got fresh up and had our breakfast in prithvi’s aunt house. Then proceeded towards our dream trip, (to be honest v were still in dilemma btw to go either for kodachadri or jog).

Finally we made it to jog, since mungaru male movie had released recently and we have seen some, beautiful scenery, and actor ganesh’s pose in the mist. We wanted to replicate it, and showing off to everyone.

From shimoga, we went to sigandur (I think I spelled it rite), in btw we have to travel in a launch to cross the river, and it has been provided by Karnataka govt-. It’s really amazing, I have never traveled in a launch, and it’s a wonderful experience to go in launch. We all full enjoyed it to core, at the other end of the river there is one small canteen, we had some pakoda and biscuit. Nothing more is there in sigandur, except a temple and a backwater.

In return we came to Sagara; we had our worst so called lunch and moved towards jog at around 4.30. As we were moving towards jog it is completely drizzling. I really can’t believe when I stepped out of the bus, it is completely covered with mist. We can’t see what’s coming against us.

We all went to nearby youth hostel, and got fresh up, and started searching for a hotel for our dinner. Finally we got bar and restaurant we ended up boozing heavily, and moved to our room.

Next day morning we went to see jog falls, started to move towards the bottom. Since its downfall we didn’t had much strain, and reached the bottom in 20-25 mins. From there two of my friends stayed back and didn’t come forward. It’s really slick; we can’t put our feet on the rock, because it drizzles 24/7, we were literally crawling and it’s really dangerous, not for life but to our beautiful and precious teeth. To some extent we three went and couldn’t go further as there is no grip and we came back.

I was on cloud nine, I can’t express my happiness, joy, and it was a blasting experience. Moving upwards it takes a lot of time and since we didn’t had our breakfast too. We took lots of break in btw.

Coming to our real agenda of the trip, we hired an omni- 40 bucks per head. He will show four spots, one is raja falls, second is rani falls, and third is some Mahatma Gandhi power station, lastly hanging bridge.

Raja falls is the main one; we were at the top of the jog falls, we were luckily becoz no mist was covered when we have reached the top. And started enjoying to our core, and started to search for the place where MM movie has shoot.

Next we went to rani falls, from there we can see the people going towards the bottom of the falls, took some snaps and moved to the next place. Next one is just a view of power station from far distance. On the last spot we told him we had been there last night under the sway of drink. He dropped us to our room. We finally came to the end of our trip. Had lunch and took bus to the shimoga. From shimoga we took night train to reach Bangaluru.

Last but not the least; I personally liked two things in my trip. One is the bus, there we found all private bus, and that to have conductors, they use to change during frequent stops, I really amazed how will he keep knowing who took the ticket or not.

Secondly girls, they are distinctive, they are not like Bangaluru gals. Even though they are not so beautiful they are delightful, elegant and charm. Hats off shimoga. I love to visit it one more time.

NO END TO TERRORISM.

Its really humiliating thing what’s happening around us., within a few years India will become Muslim dominating nation.., as v can see in Jammu, Muslims are refusing to give land for amaranth temple., (who the hell are they) as if they are giving it from their own pocket.., the funniest thing is govt’s coward ness, they took back the land given to the amaranth temple.

In Assam and west Bengal there are crore’s of migrants from Bangladesh; why is the govt not sending them back? VOTE BANK??
Why have they not hanged afzal guru? VOTE BANK????
In no country it is like this, what the f*** is happening here, they are protecting the person, who came to kill them. How outrageous?? They are pushing us towards jeopardize.
And his troops have told that they are going to skyjack the plane and set free afzal guru. By things going around us, don’t know when they do this. But for sure they will do.

I’m not an anti- Islamic.., but things happening around is is really not fair on our part.., if we take the ongoing rama sethu bridge, the lanken's are pompous to say that ravana was exist in lanka., but we (UPA govt) , rama being our god, we are telling he doesn't exist!!!! How ridiculous???
To beat this terrorism we need to bring POTA (prevention of terrorism activity).

When we see this Bangalore and Ahmadabad blast, there is no stop to this terrorism. It’s really not fair to kill those innocent people for doing nothing!!!!
It’s time to ponder over it seriously.

Finally we can conclude by saying- All Muslims are not terrorist but all terrorist are Muslims….,

Why do all good things come to an end…………………………………
